Kealy is a program director for Sustainable Food Lab’s Agriculture and Development team, focused on value chain partnerships, climate smart agriculture and performance measurement. Kealy brings a background in monitoring and evaluation of international development programs and a passion for using findings to inspire learning and achieve outcomes. Before coming to the Food Lab, she worked with organizations to conduct baseline surveys, facilitate results-based program design, and implement corresponding comprehensive quantitative monitoring systems bolstered by well-designed qualitative methods. Additionally, she has worked on process, summative and impact evaluations internationally. Kealy holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Spanish, Latin American Studies and International Relations, as well as an M.A. in International Development and Human Security from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts.
