Kaitlin is a Program and Communications Coordinator at the Food Lab. Joining in 2018, Kaitlin works with both smallholder farming systems and large scale agriculture. She spends a majority of her time co-facilitating the Soil Health Leadership Lab and supporting projects focused on Living Income. She also assists the team in communications and event support, helping to plan Learning Journeys and sharing Food Lab updates on social media. Kaitlin has a diverse background, previously working for Marriott International and Essilor, a multinational optics company. Kaitlin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Vermont’s Sustainable Innovation program as well as a B.S. from Southern New Hampshire University.
