Kaitlin is a Program Manager of Agriculture & Development at the Food Lab. Joining in 2018, Kaitlin works with both smallholder farming systems and large scale agriculture. Kaitlin supports projects focused on Living Income, including strategic support to the Living Income Community of Practice. On the Large Scale Agriculture Team she provides support to organization interested in regenerative agriculture and facilities the Soil Health Leadership Lab. Previous to the Food Lab, Kaitlin worked for Marriott International, providing operational and marketing support, as well as Essilor International, where she worked on the social entrepreneurship team. Kaitlin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Vermont’s Sustainable Innovation program as well as a B.S. from Southern New Hampshire University.
