Carol joined the Food Lab in 2018 to help design and manage value chain initiatives and sustainable sourcing projects that bring together companies, producers, NGOs, and community members. Carol has worked with multi-national corporations, leading universities and non-profits to drive positive social and environmental impact and especially enjoys identifying opportunities for pre-competitive collaboration. She brings a background in corporate sustainability, supply chains, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, project management and behavior change. She holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and a B.S. from Penn State University.
