The Sustainable Food Lab seeks to hire an experienced Program Director to lead projects in large-scale agricultural supply chains. The job will include building relationships with corporate partners, working with on-the-ground organizations in farming communities, and helping deliver soil health and other regenerative agriculture outcomes at scale.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in large scale crop and livestock agriculture and a familiarity with corporate sustainability strategies. The individual in this role should have a background in agronomy or soil science, and familiarity with agricultural economics would bring additional value.
At the Food Lab we appreciate individuals who have easy rapport with farmers as well as business decision-makers. We also place a high premium on collegiality and shared learning within our own team.
