Job Opening: Partnership Manager

Sustainable Food Lab is thrilled to post an opening for a 1-year contract to provide direct support to PepsiCo. This position will be base in the US. The person in this job will be responsible for working closely with existing programs and partnerships on the ground as well as with strategic funding partnerships through USDA and other Public-Private funding entities. This person will work closely with the PepsiCo sustainability and commercial teams and suppliers and the Sustainable Food Lab team to evaluate program effectiveness, implement good practice and GHG reporting protocols, prioritize and launch new ideas to increase farmer adoption, and launch new programs as relevant. This position requires a person who is an expert translator across the supply chain, fluent in data management and analysis, and has the ability to work confidently with both company partners, their suppliers, and the network of agronomists and farmers on the grounds in each unique region.

The best part is that the person in this role will get to work with both the Sustainable Food Lab and PepsiCo The partnership manager will be embedded in the PepsiCo sustainability team, but engage regularly and be supported by the Agriculture and Environment team and the larger Sustainable Food Lab staff team. Both the Sustainable Food Lab and PepsiCo teams are high-performing and mutually supportive. We place a high premium on collegiality and shared learning.
